In the interests of your safety as well as our employees, RoplaComputers has taken special precautions to reduce the potential risk of COVID-19 disease caused by coronavirus 2019-nCoV. The precautions listed below were developed by us in advance and implemented on the eve of the announcement of an epidemic emergency in the Republic of Poland, that is on March 13, 2020.
Ozone disinfection
In the era of the surrounding epidemic, the technical department met the needs of the moment and created an automatic system for biological sterilization. Thanks to this, every room, including the warehouse, is exposed to the ozonizer every day. Particles created by ozonization disinfect not only the external surfaces of objects, as in the case of UV disinfection, but also places that cannot be reached by UV rays.
During the day, the ozonizator is used to ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods undergo thorough sterilization, which ensures the biological purity of the products and a very high level of safety. The sterilization of consignments is carried out in an ozone chamber with a high concentration of ozone and the necessary safety procedures are observed.
Remote work and protection of employees in the company
Most of our team has moved to remote working, except for some people whose work requires a direct presence at the company headquarters. This has allowed us to limit contact between employees to the necessary minimum. The employees who work on the company premises are equipped with personal protective equipment. Despite the inconvenience, we make every effort to guarantee you continuity of our services. All the time we realize orders on a regular basis and without delays.
When contacting our salespeople, you do not have to change anything at all. Our salespeople have full access to the company's IT system and are available on a landline, thanks to the VPN system.
Integration of the offer with the Internet shop
In this situation, we support our partners who want to switch to a safe form of sale, i.e. online commerce. We provide product images, product descriptions, specifications and price lists.
