AKYGA EUROPE sp. z o.o. based in Suchy Dwór informs that the produced product AKYGA AK-ND-07, B44ND070041, notebook power supply unit, EAN code 5901720130549, does not meet the requirements of the Ordinance of the Minister of Development of 2 June 2016 on the requirements for electrical equipment, due to construction defects creating the risk of electric shock for the user. The above announcement is made in connection with the proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
