
Service Specialist
Responsibilities
- handling service requests
- repair and diagnostics of switching power supplies
- keeping the required technical documentation
- customer service
- testing new products
- supervision and verification of shipments in terms of packaging, weight and dimensions
- verification of data entered into the SAP system
- developing methods for testing new products
Expectations
- one year of experience in a similar position
- manual skills
- ability to solve technical problems in practice
- ability to use measuring tools
- basic knowledge in the field of electronics and computer hardware
- ability to work with electronic schematics
- ability to read catalog notes
- knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
